Radford House refurbishment
Lockwood Building projects have gone into partnership with Standard Heritage Ltd to work on this project. We are jointly supporting AP Cost Consultants with the Project Management Role at Radford House.
The Hat District, Luton
In collaboration with the Neat Studios, Lockwood Building Projects developed a 15-year property and sustainability plan for the Hat District in Luton, for The Culture Trust.


20th Century Speedway
20th Century Speedway in Folkestone is set to be an exciting new creative hub, meeting place and venue. The plan is to host clubs and social events for all ages to immerse themselves in music, poetry and art and various creative workshops.

Adrian is an associate member of RICS. He has twenty years’ experience in the commercial property sector, having managed the Barbican Art Gallery and its renovation; was part of the core team that developed The Centre of the Cell; seven years developing and managing the Creative Quarter; project managed the construction of the Turner Free School in Folkestone.


I have worked with Adrian on a number of projects over the years and called upon his knowledge and advice frequently. Most recently he collaborated with architects NEAT to produce a 15-year asset plan for a complex range of heritage and new buildings in central Luton for us. Adrian draws upon a wealth of diverse projects from his portfolio of achievements and applies this knowledge to new contexts with enthusiasm and skill. As a contractor Adrian is flexible, thoughtful, diligent, and reliable – delivering on time and on budget with high quality reporting and advice.
